Over four years with Congressman Burgess Owens, she championed limited government and addressed community needs directly. Holly holds a bachelor's degree from Utah Valley University and a two-year certificate in National Security. She lives in Orem with her husband, Rod, they are proud parents and grandparents to nine children and seven grandchildren, respectively.
